Right of withdrawal

NORDVIND would like to inform you below of your statutory right of withdrawal. This information does not contain any contractually granted rights that go beyond the legally guaranteed rights.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the goods are shipped within the European Union.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration, for example by letter or e-mail.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Refusal to accept the shipment does not constitute a withdrawal.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs for the most cost-effective standard delivery offered by us.

The refund will be made immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please return the goods in the same condition as you received them, if possible. If possible, please enclose the delivery note or the order confirmation with the return.
