Delivery time
Unless otherwise specified in the respective product information, delivery of goods in Germany takes place within 3-5 working days. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. For orders containing multiple products, we ship all items together; this means the delivery time for immediately available products may be slightly delayed, as it is based on the availability of the other ordered items.
Shipping within Germany
We offer free shipping within Germany for all orders of €49 or more. For orders under €49, we charge €5.99 for shipping (incl. VAT).
Returns
Are the ordered products not what you expected and you would like to return them? No problem! You can return your order to us within 30 days, provided it has not been used.

We do our best to make the Nordvind shop as sustainable as possible. Since we want to avoid transportation for products that are not actually needed, we have consciously decided against free return shipping and hope for your understanding.
Your return goes directly back to our warehouse, where it is then processed and prepared for shipping again in the interest of sustainability. Therefore, it is very important that your returned items are unused. Please feel free to send them back in the original packaging.

As soon as your return has reached us, we will check it and generally process it within 10 working days. We will then refund the purchase amount using the payment method you selected at the time of purchase. You will receive an email from us as soon as we have processed your return.
Did you receive the items you wish to return more than 30 days ago, or have you already washed or used them?
In that case, a return is unfortunately no longer possible.
