When will I receive my order?
As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an email with further information.
We pack your order with great care and ship it within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) of receiving your order.
How long does shipping take?
We are doing our best to ensure your order reaches you within 3-5 days.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €5.99 within Germany. Shipping is free on orders over €49. You can find more information about shipping here.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If that should ever not be the case,
you can return your order to us within 30 days,
provided it has not yet been used. Please register your return
